"Smart" meters TORESCO and USPD are used in automated systems for commercial metering of electricity (ASKUE) using the SPODES protocol and built-in communication interfaces: wired communication channel RS-485, PLC power lines, as well as wireless communication channels - RF433 (radio interface) and GSM/GPRS.
TORESCO meters provide the organization of multi-tariff electricity metering and are designed for use in multi-apartment residential buildings and energy facilities.
TORESCO and USPD meters are integrated into top-level software: Pyramid 2.0, Enforce, RoMonitoring.
Some of the important properties of TORESCO smart metering devices are:
- the ability to record important events, external influences and remotely limit the consumer load.
- the ability to continuously transfer data to the network/sales organization, both independently and in AMR systems.
- the ability to measure voltage and AC current by phase. Subsequent calculation of active and reactive electrical energy in total and by phase. Measurement of other network parameters: root mean square values ??of phase (linear) AC voltage and AC current (phase current and neutral current), active, reactive and apparent electrical power.
- small sizes and universal fasteners allow you to compactly place the equipment even in cramped conditions in standard switchboards in houses of older series.
TORESCO metering devices comply with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 890 of June 19, 2020 “On the procedure for providing access to the minimum set of functions of intelligent electrical energy (power) metering systems.”
Support for the SPODES protocol according to GOST R 58940-2020. Compliance with industry requirements, including Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2020 N 890 "On the procedure for providing access to the minimum set of functions of intelligent metering systems for electrical energy (power)". Measurement of network parameters in real time: - active and reactive electricity; - active power for each phase and the total value in two directions; - reactive power for each phase and the total value in two directions; - total power for each phase and the total value in two directions; - time-averaged power factor (cos ?); - phase voltage for each phase and linear; - current in each phase; - network frequency. The data update interval for each measured parameter is no more than 0.5 s. The error in measuring the parameters of the quality of electrical energy must correspond to class S or higher in accordance with GOST 30804.4.30-2013. Frequency deviation (with specification in terms of the frequency measurement range from 47.5 to 52.5 Hz). Possibility to configure the following settings: - current date, time, calendar of weekends and holidays; - start date of the billing period; - number of effective tariffs and tariff schedule; - composition and sequence of displaying messages and measured parameters on the display; - threshold values ??for fixing power supply quality violations; - operation parameters of built-in switching devices; - changing passwords and access control; - transformation ratios for semi-indirect switching devices. The ability to record the following events in the form of an event log generated in the internal non-volatile memory of the device: - the fact of a change in the state of the device case opening contact; - the fact of changing the state of the contact of the terminal cover (covers); - access attempts in violation of access control rules; - access attempts with unsuccessful identification and (or) authentication; - attempts of unauthorized violation of software integrity; - the fact of changing the device settings; - the fact of the impact of a magnetic field with a value of the modulus of the magnetic induction vector over 150 mT; - the fact of voltage deviation in the measuring circuits from the specified limits; - the fact of absence or low voltage for each phase in the presence of current in the measuring circuits with configurable thresholds; - the fact of the absence of voltage or the voltage value below the programmed threshold for each phase with the fixation of the time of loss and restoration of voltage; - the fact of phase inversion or violation of the phase sequence; - the fact of exceeding the ratio of the specified values ??of consumption of active and reactive power (cos ?); - the fact of exceeding the specified power limit; - the fact of changing the direction of energy (power) flow; - the fact and reason for switching on and off the built-in switching device; - the fact of a successful or unsuccessful self-diagnosis procedure; - the fact of synchronization or change of time with indication of time values...
