The large multifunctional complex in the Belarusian capital is located on one of its main thoroughfares — the prospect Pobediteley. The project involves the construction of the facility, which consist of four parts: a hotel, sports centre with a commercial unit, SPA center and a multilevel Parking. All the buildings interconnected by the pedestrian connections and located under one roof, the outlines of which are reminiscent the soaring Falcon. The supply of the electricity is provided using electrical products IEK®.
